Sharing your faith – make it natural! Just one hour per week for four weeks! An online series with Pastor Roy Barton, Director of Outreach
In Sam Chan’s recent book, “How to Talk about Jesus – Without Being That Guy!”, Sam says this: “We want to tell our friends about Jesus. We’re told that we need to tell our friends about Jesus. But we don’t know how to do it. When it comes to evangelism, we are scared and helpless.” This is very consistent with answers to a question that I asked in face-to-face seminars in every state capital city around Australia (except Hobart and Darwin). The question was: “Why isn’t sharing our faith ‘second nature’ to us - why doesn’t it come naturally? The answer was the same in every state Capital City: “We’re afraid, and we don’t know what to say”.
The series is NOT a traditional course in evangelism. The four sessions have been designed to encourage you to share your faith, overcome fear and have something to say.
When: Tuesdays or Wednesdays starting 17th and 18th September 2024 and going for four weeks.
- Tuesdays at 1.00 pm (AEST) for one hour per week – online!
- Wednesdays at 7.30 pm (AEST) for one hour per week – online!
The series will be conducted through Zoom which is available on most phones and laptops. The Zoom login code is: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/755981127
